LightnUp Inc. collaborates with people from all walks of life, to provide heart-warming events and workshops in Lismore and across Australia.

In 2024 the Lismore Lantern Parade celebrates 30 years of lighting the hearts of our community.

It has been a crazy roller-coaster over the last few years, but, we are still here, shining as bright as ever, well almost. We were flooded in 2017 before COVID took its toll after the 2019 Bushfires.

LightnUp  moved to our new building - then came the Great Floods of '22.

On February 28 2022, we experienced the biggest flood Lismore has ever seen......

With another a month later, LightnUp Inc. is still recovering after not one, but TWO floods within a month!

​

The lantern workshop, situated on a hill and thought to be quite safe, was inundated and we lost so much.

Like so many over two years on we are still getting back on our feet, remaking lanterns, fixing the building and continuing to bring light to our community, every bit of help would be gratefully received.
